Randy Blythe’s 10-month ordeal is at an end after Czech judges acquitted him of manslaughter.
The Lamb Of God frontman last year spent five weeks in a Prague prison, accused of causing the death of fan Daniel Nosek in 2010.
It was alleged he’d pushed Nosek off the stage during a Lamb Of God show, leading to a head injury which later caused his death.
But even as he faced a 10-year jail sentence Blythe’s thoughts remained with the bereaved. He said: “I would like to thank the family of Daniel Nosek for not attacking me in the press, and for their kind words to me in this court. I am very sorry for their loss.”
The singer, who also vowed to take his punishment “like a man” if he’d been found guilty, later added: “I am a free man. Please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts and prayers in this difficult time. I only wish for them peace. Thank you for your support.” |

Their debut album Gamble Shot, due out worldwide as Digipak with three bonus videos, jewel case and download through SPV/Steamhammer, was recorded at the Cubeaudio Studios in Göttingen between September 2011 and February 2012 , the final mix and the final mastering were completed in July 2012.

USA/Canada: July 2nd, 2013

Rebellious Spirit were founded in summer 2010. Alongside brothers Jannik Fischer (17, vocals/guitar) and Jens Fischer (20, bass/vocals), Silvio Bizer (18, drums) and Corvin Domhardt (18, guitar/vocals) complete the line-up. After a number of trial concerts, autumn 2010 saw them record their demo CD Heart Of Swabia featuring three original songs and three cover versions. In the meantime, the band has played more than 40 gigs, among them the Rock Of Ages, and have supported Reckless Love, Kissin’ Dynamite and Pussy Sisster in Holland, Flensburg, Cologne and Munich.

In their stead, we have found two musicians who can approach our music with passion and vitality and help get us back out on tour to finish what was seemingly cut short last August." |

Eths a trouvé sa nouvelle chanteuse, il s'agit de Rachel Aspe, qui s'est faite connaitre dans La France a un incroyable talent et qui a aussi fait un passage visiblement remarqué au sein de Dividead.
